A short but busy trip to Fiji rewarded top-performing dealers and employees for their efforts. This trip was arranged with the emphasis on fun, relaxed and plenty of wining and dining experience. This incentive trip is to recognise their top employees & dealers that have achieved excellent sales performance. Their itineraries include a local cultural tour to the mud pool followed by a cultural dinner show. The rest of the time was for delegates to rejuvenate and chill by the beach or pool. They also get to experience the famous Captain Cook cruise to Tivua Island. The theory is that when employees are highly motivated to increase certain sales activities, they are more likely to put in the extra effort and try and hit the targets that drive the company towards better profits. Incentive travel programs are commonly used to help sales teams become more successful, but nearly any industry, organisation or department can leverage this strategy to address productivity gaps or tackle oversized action items.
