The snow in Japan has a legendary reputation, attracting skiers and snowboarders from around the world. On this self-guided snow adventure, you’ll be based in Niseko, Hokkaido to experience some of the best snow Japan has to offer!
Mt Niseko Annupuri is home to four ski resorts collectively known as NISEKO UNITED. Each resort is unique and caters to different skill levels. You can easily try all 4 resorts, just purchase your lift pass and hop on the free ski shuttle bus that connects them all. No matter which resort you choose, you’ll love the abundance of fresh dry powder snow that Niseko is famous for.
You even have the choice of 3 hotels. Whether you prefer to stay in the vibrant Niseko village area or take advantage of ski-in/ski-out locations – there’s a perfect hotel for you.
After an amazing snow adventure in Niseko, spend two days in Sapporo at your leisure. Explore Hokkaido’s biggest city, try local food such as Sapporo ramen or Sapporo beer – it’s completely up to you to enjoy! Hokkaido’s beautiful winter provides an unforgettable experience.

Niseko United
Made up of four individual resorts on Mt Niseko Annupuri, Niseko United is one of Japan’s most renowned snow resorts. Purchase the lift pass* for access to all four resorts and take the convenient free ski shuttle bus that connects them all to find your favourite!
*The All Mountain Lift Pass is not included in this package. Lift passes can be easily purchased online.
Beautiful snow city, Sapporo
Even in the winter, Hokkaido’s biggest city sparkles with a huge array of shops and restaurants to explore. Try local delicacies such as soup curry, Genghis Khan BBQ and ramen – the perfect dishes for cold Sapporo nights. Escape the cold through the city’s vast underground network of walkways that connect shopping areas, restaurants, the JR train station and the famed Odori Park. It’s a unique feature that makes exploring the city easy – no matter the weather.
Hanazono Niseko Japan
This northeast-facing ski resort is perfect for maintaining the conditions of the slopes. Catering to intermediate skiers/snowboarders, the resort offers a variety of courses including terrain parks, exciting tree runs, as well as dedicated learning areas for beginners, all to be explored via lifts and 10-person gondola.
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is a ski-in/ski-out hotel in this resort.
Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu
This is the largest of the four resorts. There are 22 courses ready for you to try that offer a wonderful experience to people of all experience levels. Recommended for those who want to try a variety of courses and for groups with varying levels of skill. The base town of Hirafu offers a variety of restaurants.
Chatrium in Hirafu is the closest hotel to this resort.
Niseko Village Ski Resort
Niseko Village offers one of the longest skiing and snowboarding courses, passing through beautiful forests. While there are many snow activities on offer for kids, the resort is also known for the challenging courses for advanced skiers.
Hilton Niseko is the ski-in/ski-out hotel in this ski resort.
Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area
This ski resort offers fantastic views of Mount Yotei from the slopes that lead to a well-designed base area featuring natural onsens. Beginner to intermediate skiers will appreciate the gentle and wide slopes. The resort can be less crowded than the surrounding resorts which creates an easy low-pressure environment for first-time skiers and snowboarders.

Upon arrival at Shin Chitose Airport, meet our staff for briefing and board a private mini-bus for the 2.5 hour drive to Niseko. After checking in to the hotel, it’s time to start enjoying the unbelievable Niseko snow!

Located at the south base of Niseko Annupuri, this hotel offers a ski-in/ski-out access to Niseko Village slopes, only a 10-minute gondola ride to reach the top. Guest rooms featuring contemporary furniture and large windows provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hotel also features a natural hot spring (onsen) with a view of Mt. Yōtei. Unwind in the onsen after a long day on the slopes.
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono
Twin or King
Located northeast of Niseko Annupuri, this luxury resort is set amidst spectacular natural scenery overlooking the surrounding mountains. From the ski valet, it’s only 100 metres to the Hanazono chairlifts and gondola. The guest rooms feature a large bedroom, separate living room and a dining area designed for guests to truly relax.
Chatrium Niseko

Situated in the very centre of Hirafu Village just minutes away from the Grand Hirafu slopes, this hotel has spacious guest rooms appointed with 1 to 3 bedrooms, dining & lounge area and fully-equipped kitchen recommended for families and groups. All guests have access to a private locker to store their kit, plus boot room to ensure warm and dry footwear for the next day on the mountain.
